An overview of the Vortx Flux platform.

Platform overview

Vortx Flux is a solar and storage optimization platform for AI-compute sites. It covers three stages of a project:

  • Site DNA — qualifies and scores a candidate site against the data that drives feasibility: utility tariff, interconnection, land, and fiber.
  • Optimization — sizes solar, battery storage, and generation assets against a site's load and tariff to produce a financial and technical design.
  • Energy management — the operating layer that runs a site day to day once it is built.

Getting started

Customers sign in to Vortx Flux at flux.vortx.us. If you do not yet have access, contact your Vortx representative or see Support.

Account and data basics

Each account belongs to an organization. Projects, scenarios, and the data attached to them (tariffs, load profiles, site information) are scoped to that organization.

To export or delete your data, email support@vortx.us. We complete export and deletion requests within 30 days. You can also reach us through Support.

Security overview

  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on Google Cloud.
  • Sign-in uses your Google account or an email address and password. Google sign-in follows your organization's Google security settings, including multi-factor authentication.
  • Access within an organization is governed by role-based permissions.

A SOC 2 Type 1 audit is in progress.
